About Me

My photo
hstryk
I live by the Muay Thai mantra, "Soft as silk, hard as diamond." I've found it can be applied to many things in life. In 2007 I began a journey towards healthy living and became vegetarian and started kickboxing. In 2009 I completed my first triathlons but tore the labrum of my left hip. In 2010 I had arthoscopic hip surgery. I've had a long journey of 3 years of chronic pain & I'm hoping my writing will help those who are also dealing with chronic hip pain.
